These directions are from The Captain’s Club Hotel.
Once parked, walk across the Quay (i.e. over the grass, past children’s playpark) toward the bandstand.
Proceed with the bandstand on your left, past the little cafe. Walk straight ahead through the big black gates, past the lily pond and statue.
At the bottom of the garden, enter the passageway on your left, continue straight through the climbing arch, with the river on your right.
Continue straight after the arch, past the church on your left and you will arrive at the gardens, where we will be having the photos.
